these are the current maps i'm running on my stock d16 t3 turbo, this was done by a professional tuner, but after reading the afr thread on here i feel like my af is really rich considering.
so how do these look to all of you?

i'm running 8-9 lbs
i dont have an a/f guage , but when he tuned it i think i am at like 10.1 at full booste at like 9 psi, then like 11 something at 8 .. i'm pretty sure most of my afr under boost are from like 11.7-10

thats alot better..especially if ur just running ur fuel..now if u had meth injection or water injection it could work it up a little leaner. i know it sounds and looks corny bro but there are certain gauges that u NEED...wideband and egt being the majors..i HIGHLY recommend plx devices and there dm100 set up where u can monitor 4 parameters on 1 gauge. i love it haha

do u know what the ideal air fuel ratio is for ur engine? if u say yes then how did u come with that answer? did someone recommend it? running an air fuel ratio gauge and an exhaust temp gauge together u can come up with an exhaust signature for ur car and u will KNOW what the best afr is for ur engine. just cuz ur running a 11.9 afr and is consider safe for ur engine by the masses of people u could be running a unsafely high exhaust temp which means ur engine is being starved and u would never know...
ive seen alot of turbocharged engines fail due to high exhaust temps but good air fuel ratios.
but as like everything else this is just my opinion..nothing is mandatory but i figure u drop a good 7 grand or more into a nice turbo set up and engine build whats another 100-150 bucks for a sensor to monitor temps

its vtec
how is my timing? is it conservative and safe? or do some ppl go a little more aggressive?
