Old school uberdata :-)

How much boost is the car running ?
What a/f ratio are you seeing at full throttle under full boost ?

i'm running 8-9 lbs

i dont have an a/f guage , but when he tuned it i think i am at like 10.1 at full booste at like 9 psi, then like 11 something at 8 .. i'm pretty sure most of my afr under boost are from like 11.7-10

Install a wideband on the car & monitor the a/f ratios

10's seems really rich for a tune. i'd stick around 11.7s

but ur egt's are where its at..a wideband is nice but u want to monitor ur exhaust temps also

thats alot better..especially if ur just running ur fuel..now if u had meth injection or water injection it could work it up a little leaner. i know it sounds and looks corny bro but there are certain gauges that u NEED...wideband and egt being the majors..i HIGHLY recommend plx devices and there dm100 set up where u can monitor 4 parameters on 1 gauge. i love it haha

is it a vtec d16 or non-vtec. I am guessing vtec due to the high cam values..but double checking regardless.

Where do you get the idea that an EGT is a must have gauge?

do u know what the ideal air fuel ratio is for ur engine? if u say yes then how did u come with that answer? did someone recommend it? running an air fuel ratio gauge and an exhaust temp gauge together u can come up with an exhaust signature for ur car and u will KNOW what the best afr is for ur engine. just cuz ur running a 11.9 afr and is consider safe for ur engine by the masses of people u could be running a unsafely high exhaust temp which means ur engine is being starved and u would never know...

ive seen alot of turbocharged engines fail due to high exhaust temps but good air fuel ratios.

but as like everything else this is just my opinion..nothing is mandatory but i figure u drop a good 7 grand or more into a nice turbo set up and engine build whats another 100-150 bucks for a sensor to monitor temps

You have Uberdata. You can use the TunerView LCD and monitor 4 EGTs with that.

I would go a bit lower on the high cam and low cam timing on boost just to be safe and if you dont have anythign to monitor your AFRs.
