anyone on HT make a iacv block off plate......thinkin about puttin one on my b16 turbo.......code 14 keeps coming up ive tryed 3 different iacv's and cleaned them before puttin on and im gettin the same result. made sure the right connector was on it also let the coolant run with the filler funnel tube thing in it to get air bubbles out. and im still throwing the code.
so if you know anyone who makes block off plates let me know.

 

Physically blocking off your IACV isn't going to clear the DTCode 14. Your going to have to find the circuit failure. If it's not in your connector or the wires going into the ECU than it could be your ECU itself. Have you tried using a different ECU?

Are you running a chipped ECU or after market EMS? If you are then there are some ROM editors that you can disable the IACV with. That would be another way to get rid of the code.
