i traded my car 92 si hatch for a 91 da with a turbo with some cash and wheels long story i will post pics in one second. anyways i throwing codes 17 no speedometer and codes 43 after doing some searching and looking at what he setup i cant find an o2 sensor. right now the car is running open downpipe so should i buy an 02 sensor and wire it in? the car has alot of potential.i just need to put a little loving care into it.

 

well if you dont see an O2 sensor on the exhaust manifold for some reason then yes, you should buy an O2 sensor and wire it in. the last thing you want are wrong air/fuel ratios making your car slower.

 

also with your speedometer check if the speed sensor on the tranny hasn't broken since that one bolt that holds it in place is usually what causes it to break when it is over tightened. If that looks good then check the cable that runs from the top of the speed sensor. that cable requires a clip to stay in place and it can come out randomly giving you no reading on the speedometer. this happened with my friends DA so hopefully it can solve you issue. good luck man
