A real retrofit is better
You're going to have some poorer quality products that will fail over time and some horrible light output. I had a 2000 Accord with a kit in it and the light was pure garbage. Glare everywhere and two hotspots, no real coverage.

You'd have to take projectors from a car equipped with a factory HID system and swap them in. You can do it yourself or hire someone from customlightz or the HID thread here in this subsection.
Some helpful links (altered so IB doesn't find htem and delete them!)

customlightz has an accord retro posted up that looks pretty nice.
I just don't want you to spend almost 200 bucks and wind up blinding other people and not getting good performance.
If you're good with DIY a retro can be pretty quick, but depending on what parts you use, having it done for you can get a bit pricey.
I was going to have customlightz retro my new car but I ended up getting one with factory projectors. They do a lot of other cool services like LED signals and stuff so they will probably have my business in the future
