Default carbon fiber hood problem

i have a carbon fiber hood on my eg6 and once i close it and push down to lock it down
its lop side, it looks llike one side is closed and the other side is up still like when u pull the hood lever to open it.

it has hood key locks on it, not the pins and i lost the key so idk if its because the lock isnt closed or the hoods just messed up.

confusing.. yes but anyone got any ideas.

My friend's eg hatch has a c/f hood that does the same thing. The gap on the driver's side on the front of the lip is fine but it's about 1/2" larger on the passenger side.

We have no idea why it has done this because it wasn't like that when we first installed it. We think it has buckled over time due to it being a cheap *** hood, and its not stored in a garage.

What I did was to glue/place a rubber shim on the side that is too low. By putting this shim, the side that was a bit high went down. Not pefect but way better.
