Symptons.
Car has a bad movement issue in the wheel at about 75 mph.
It doesnt go away with the car in neutral. While applying the brakes it becomes worse.
It recently about 2 days ago started making a swishing sound while in neutral or with no acceleration going downhill. Its going normal-normal-normal-swish. In a rotating order.
Another symptom is when you let off the gas something starts to tap sparatically, dun-dun-dun very fast.... but if you apply a little bit of gas or hold it steady it stops.
Im wondering what my issues could be. The car has had passenger side axel and bearing replaced in the past 3 months.
Are these symptoms typical with a bad bearing or axel?
I should also mention the lug nuts are not staying tight for some reason. I got out of my car when this first started to happen and two lugs were hand tight.

possibly hub bearing? make sure your lugs are torqued to about 75ft lbs drive it for about a mile than do it again and they shouldnt come loose after that
