A/C PSI spec for refrigerant..
I do have a helms manual but couldn't find the PSI spec for the A/C.. I found the volume capacity in Oz. on both the A/C sticker under the hood and in the helms manual but not how much PSI it should read on the guage when you connect the A/C guage to the low side of the A/C lines... maybe I'm looking in the wrong pages? but if anyone knows can you tell me what pressure it shoudl read when the a/c is on max and motors running?
the interdynamics (brand) guage I bought.. the blue (charged) zone ranges from 25-45psi I think (its in the garage right now)... I just want a more application/car specific number since the guage was made for all cars ... I want to make sure my cars are filled correctly....
does anyone know how many PSI it is supposed to read for a normal (not undercharged, not overcharged) A/C system for BOTH a 95 Integra GSR and a 97 Civic EX? (or if you just know one of the psi's let me know)... I just refilled my A/C this weekend and wanted to make sure its not under or overfilled so that I don't cause any damage to the compressor or other components.. thanks in advance for your replies..
