overheating the 99 ex.. heater not working??

my 99 civic is overheating.. i replaced the radiator no more than a year ago cuz of a leak. when i turn my heater on.. its cool air.. there is no heat.... what could be the problem??

You should start off by checking all related fuses. Sometimes the small problems will cause you the big headaches.
