Default Advice needed: Fuel Filter

Hey guys I wanted to know if I could get some Advice on changing out a fuel filter...
I have a 91 crx Si and wanted to know some tips...

Some people have told me after the fuel filter is removed and I am getting ready to change the new one on.. That I should put a little gas inside the new Fuel filter before installing it back on so it does not mess up...

Is this true???
Or
Should I just take off the old one and bolt back on the new one ??? ( without the Fuel inside the new filter)

Thanks guys

Cycle the ignition key and the fuel pump will fill it up. make sure you install all metal washers to prevent leaks.

X2^^ you dont need to fill it. just cycle the key 10 times or so, you can actually hear the air coming out and returning to the tank

Just replace it and start the car and check for leaks! That's what I did both times I have replaced them.
