1 M2F4 case with slight damage around end case axle seal area... case is complete

3 sets of shifter forks known to not be bent

2 Reverse Idler shaft/gear/shifter sets

A variety of good syncro rings and springs....

2 each - 3rd and fifth gearsets that are good

Roller bearings and collars

2 Differential and final drive ring gears (OEM non LSD)

Top shifter box linkage assy.

1 M2F4 gear cluster with all good gears . 1 messed up selector, and 1 messed up syncro ring... Gears are all good, as is the input shaft


1 M2Y4 Gearcluster with a broke 2nd and fourth gearset (unfortunately making the input shaft unusable too, but EVERYTHING else is mint (syncros, selectors, final drive shaft... etc)... SHifted perfectly fine..

I could put 1 perfectly good gearset out of it with good geasrs and syncros and everything, or you can....

Case beasrings, and a variety of 3 and 5 sets that are in good shape
