Default Question on oil and tranny mount.

Hey guys, I have twqo questions for yall.

1) I have a fully built b16a right now probually close to 1800-2000 miles on it. I'm gonna get ready to change the oil, my questions is everyone said break in a motor with conventional motor oil not synethic. How many miles is it before I can start running synethic oil. And what type do you guys use I like in CT. So it's not that hot or cold here I was think 10w30

2) I have a set of aftermarket motor mounts including both front sides and the rear of course. Dose anyone sell a aftermarket tranny mount the one that sits right on the front of the tranny towards the left hand side (if your looking at the tranny). Mine has a bad rip in it and i think it's messing my shifts up at high rpms.
