Codes tell all bro.
If your check engine light is coming on than your car is trying to tell you that something is wrong. Vehicles communicate via codes--so if you can get the code that would tell you exactly what causing all your problems.

A vehicle having troubles starting and a check engine light could be many things. Could be a bad 02, a bad starter, a bad dizzy, anything. Get the code, get your answer.

Sounds like it could most likely be a spark problem. Bad coil maybe. You might just want to take it in to a mechanic for a diagnostic. That would be your best bet

i would say check your main relay, i have a 90 accord lx that had the same problem, your main relay will stick and cut off power to your fuel pump thats why the starter will crank but wont turn over cuz no fuel, if i gave it a few minutes the main relay would get unstuck adn start but that is only good sometime, sometime i had to hit the relay until it didint work no more and had to buy a new one, so i would say to try the main relay it under the dash on the drivers side behind the cruise control module

unstuck?.......thats a new one.....technically it cant get stuck seeing as the connections are soldered to the board.....its bad connections that make a main relay fail
