Hey guys so I noticed a while back that the majority of new riders go buy their brand new motorcycle pretty much based on how good it looks and not really anything else besides being fast.

Putting the new rider on a 600 discussion aside, what is your favorite looking sport bike that has been produced in the last 5 years?
This is merely a question of curiosity. Also, try to say a bike that looks good stock, I think its safe to say that every sportbike can look incredible with the right modifications

I think for me its between;
Yamaha R6 (euro scheme owns)


Ducati 848 or 1098 (pretty similar)- for sake of the argument i will say 1098r


and the MV Agusta F41000 (specifically the limited edition)


of course I think they all look good, these are just my favorites

MV F4 gets my vote.

 

this is not a matter of discussion. only adrian1281 is correct. look it up, myself and the rest of the validity committee deliberated and confirmed that the only appropriate, valid choice for sexiest bike in the last 5, 10, 15 years (or possibly ever until further submission of competitors) is the ducati desmo rr. im sorry but everyone else is misinformed

Imma have to agree with the Desmo selection. 08 r6 comes in second. Then my 06 gsxr :D

Probably something by Bimota or Ducati.

My problem is I know my taste was significantly different when I was apathetic to performance or little details. For instance, when I was first shopping for bikes I couldn't tell the difference between the F4i and the RR, unless the F4i had a banana seat. Yikes.

Then pretty soon after that I realized how much better looking the RR and really really wanted one. I also thought my friend's 01 GSXR 750 was the hottest sport bike I'd ever seen.


After that there wasn't much you could say to try and convince me that the RC51 wasn't the most gorgeous bike ever. And once I got one I was in heart



If I knew what I knew now and was picking a bike based purely off looks it would be the new 848




But if I was a noob today I would probably think the new 600rr was pure hotness.

Those damn 1098's are sexy. I would pick either that or a 07-08 R1, really like those R1's
