Any autoparts store, make friends with the people that work there, and have them buy your parts for you. Employee discount ftw...just remember you get what you pay for.

OEM honda rings...you need a standard size bore ring set and you know exactly what your getting from them...im a fan of replacing anything i can with OEM parts(which isnt much now a days) but dish out the 80-90 for the ring set from honda

well it would probably be good to replace the pistons and rod bearings but im sure thats way over your budget... is the head stock? its pointless to get a valve job done if its completly stock but thats just my opinion(also out of your price range i'm sure)
