Default Brake Lights stuck on on, Help

As the title says, my integra's Brake lights are ON even when the car is not on or when noone is pressing on the brake pedal and the switch for the lights is on off and the handbrake is not engaged

This problem just started today, and I dont kno where to start looking...I tried to disconnect the fuse on the brake lights but couldnt find it...for right now the battery on the car is disconnected

Just need some advice where to look or what to look for? Any info would help at this moment. Thanks

I had this problem not too long ago and found that the silicone piece on my brake pedal that pressed the brake light switch had broken off. Basically, I bought a bolt and some washers and rigged up another one. Problem solved.

if they are stuck on, i would replace the brake light switch. you could unplug it and see if they go out. its a switch on the brake pedal about 3 inches long. the plug should have 4 wires going to it. rectangular plug. unplug and see if they go out.
