89 HF questions and advice?

89 HF questions and advice?
looking at grabbing an 89 crx HF to the fleet
checked her out today and noticed
rust underneath the plastic trim gaurd on the outside of the doors (believe the metal underneath= rocker panel?)
rusted out mount points for the door
rest of the car looked good. no rust on the suspension towers or body
can these problems be easily (read cheaply) repaired. I plan on doing the rest of the work but body work and welding in a new plate to mount the door isnt in my skill area.
