Default a/c problems

I have problems and here's what i know. Put a gauge on my a/c and it read way overcharged. Initially it was going cold to very hot to cold to very hot in about 5 minute increments. I removed some pressure and now it stays at a constant temperature (warm but not uncomfortable) but i have water dripping inside. The car is a 94 ex. i don't have anyplace within 3 hours to take it so what can i check myself?

Well First Get someone to take all freon out and put correct amount of charge + oil and Dye. Make shure they run a good vaccumm on the system to get out any moisture or small bits of trash than comes from age. Second sounds like you AC drain tube is clogged up. GO up underneath the car and locate you drain tube. WIth an air blowwer blow threw hole might be able to unclogg it. Get back with us after that>./
