Default need help asap! Knocking Noise

I got a 97 civic coupe

the car is a 5speed

my car is making some knocking sound. It starts while im driving it with my foot on the gas when I let off the gas the noise stops even with the gear on. I even feel the knocking on the gas petals.

First I was thinking about the clutch but then idk.
could it be anything else? axles, joints,???

If it helps by any chance I got a skunk2 camber and coilovers in the front with just new tires less than a week old. The noise started after getting those tires..

Could be: bad axels, bad suspension ball joints, or the most likely, loose lug nuts. Check your lugs and see if that doesn't stop the sound.

Then jack your car up and shake the tire. It shouldn't have any play at all, if it does then you have bad balljoints. If it doesnt then inspect your CV joints for tears or leaking grease.

It also may be motor mounts, you should inspect all of them to be sure they're not causing it.

Im have the same issue right now. I believe that at least in my case its the axles. I found that one of them has been leaking grease for some time now and is about dry completely!
