Default side molding delete.

i saw before someone got rid of the side moldings on a ek hatch and mudded it to make the side of his car all flush. di searched but cant find anything. Anyone have any pictures of this so i can refresh my memory. debating whether or not i should do it.

DO NOT fill it with body filler it will start cracking and look like crap down the road if you are gonna do it weld it up with some sheet metal filler panels then grind the welds and use a thin layer of body filler to smooth it all out but make sure thats what you really wanna do first oh and you will have to notch the fender so the door will open

That sound like alot of trouble to go through man. If youre side moldings are color matched just leave em... if not get em color matched.
