axles or hub?

so the other day i accidntly hit a curb and now im hearing this weird noise when i make a hard right turn and when im hitting bumps on the road.. it sounds like a grinding/clicking noise which is coming from the driver side... is it the hub or the axle? btw its an 88 civic hatch with a b20 swap..

sounds like the CV joint is ducked up on the axle. it cant hurt to replace right?

will 94+ integra axles work? or do i need DA axles?
