im doing my mpfi swap and when i click my key on theres a ticking noise from under my dash. and when i put my cluster in and i turn on the turning signals they dont work. and my check engine light goes off. and when i turn the signals off the check engine light comes on. wtf is wrong? its a 90 civic. what is the ticking coming from?>

 

i fixed the main relay,. that was the clicking. but i got no interior lights. only one size of the fuse has power going to it.
