I am looking into getting one in the very soon future. A friend of mine is offering me a HKS EVC for 175, brand new. I am trying to find out the advantages and disadvantages. Is this boost controler dual stage? Any info would be appreciative. I have tried to do some research on this boost controler but it just says it has Fuzzy logic. What is Fuzzy logic?

What kinda Electronic Boost Controlers is everyone running? What is good about them? Any info would be great. I am epecialy interested in Dual stage boost controlers.

 

 

i bought one used. seems to work fine for me. w/ fuzzy logic the unit attempts to learn your boost curve and then adjust the wastegate accordingly to help u maximize power...you do a low then high rpm 3rd gear run and it adjusts itself. i think it's fine. does the job well enough for me.
