I just wanted to let you guys know about my experience with F2's customer service. I had an issue with my rear coilovers I bought from a local car shop around here in toronto about 9 or 10 months ago. I called up F2 and spoke to Preston. Preston listened to my issue and replied to my emails as promptly as possible. I was amazed that they decided to send me out replacements without any hassels at all, without any cost to me I may add. I didn't even ask. I would definitely buy more of their products just based on their customer service. Good company to deal with for your suspension components HT.

I bought my Type II's directly from F2 and they have an excellent staff over there.

Quick replies to my emails and great answers to the questions I had.
