I'm doing a complete rebuild on my EF and I am taking out the D15B1 and I would like to put in this SOHC - ZC engine from hmotorsonline.com
http://www.hmotorsonline.com/s...30020
Will I need new mount, if so which ones?
My car is currently DPFI, so I assume I need to do the DPFI Swap. Is there anything special I need to consider for my project?
Will I need to purchase CV Axes because the stock ones will not fit?
Is there anything else I need?
I can't find a good guide on this. All of the ZC guides I find are DOHC. Is there another name for the sohc ZC so I can look for a good guide.
Any help is appreciated.

i would just get the d16a6(88-91)si,It's not jdm but pratically the same motor with many parts avaliable for cheap.you will need a multipoint conversion harness(can be made or bought) and maybe the pm6 ecu(88-91)si hope this helps.
I believe you also need the bigger si axles.....

r u buyin a new tranny with it?
if not, i assume the car is already a standard tranny.
i will look real quick and see wat i can find. like u said, everythin i have is for my dohc zc.
another thing is does the ecu come with it? cause if it doesnt, i am pretty sure ur just gonna need to do the dpfi to mpfi wiring swap.
EDIT
ok, from wat i am reading, if u plan on using ur stock ecu, u will have to do the whole 9 yards of the mpfi swap. honestly, i am lazy and would find a place that sells every thing together. it is a little more $$
but here is another site

sorry that i didnt help more

the ZC I am buying comes with the 5 speed ZC Tranny, and is alot cheaper than the one you listed.. Here is my link again http://www.hmotorsonline.com/s...30020
If swapping the ECU will make the swap easier, I would rather do that. I will do some searching on harness / ecu for this engine.
as far as mounts, are the stock ones ok?

honestly, i dont know if the mounts r the same.
when i bought my si tranny and the motor, they both came with the mounts already on. i didnt think to look at them to tell if there was a difference.
