As the title says I bought an ek and I was going around a corner and i hit a pot hole. I lost control due to the lower control arm being bent. The shock is bent and the lower control arm is twisted and buckled. The mounting point for the lower control arm is displaced. That means that the unibody is more than likely screwed. I was looking for some input. I'm thinking of going out and buying the ASR rear sub frame brace. Takeing the car to a body shop and having them fix the wishbone. Do you think that the unibody will ever be good again? Any input and advice is welcome. How thick and strong is that ASR brace?

 

I also need input on the lower control arm situation. What is the strongest LCA?
