Not looking to do anything crazy, but is there any engine management out there for the new accord that is very user friendly? I had a subaru before and accessport came to mind--by cobb tuning (no to little mods resulted in noticeable gains/extra mpg with different maps). I would like something similar if anyone has any ideas.

I wouldn't bother without serious mods. You can't command your Accord to crank up the boost with just a retune like you can on most Subarus.
