Default D15B2 w/P28 CEL?

I have a D15B2 in my Del Sol, I just got my P28 Flashed with a base map for the D15B2 motor & installed my conversion harness. When I plugged it in, The car threw a CEL. I checked the light blinks, and it is (14) ICS Malfunction. My buddy tells me that a wire or two needs to be moved to a different pin in order to get the CEL off. The idle is going up to 1500 then dropping down right now. Does anyone know what needs to be done?

CEL 14 = Air idle control valve.
more than likely the AICV is bad or wired incorrectly.
have him move the wires so it's right.

I know it is wired incorrectly, I don't know were the wires need the be moved too. That's the info I was looking for.

A9 for one side, ignition switched for the other.
Where they go from the ECU to the AICV is a good question, it all depends on how he ran the wires.
