I just got done sandblasting my valve cover and then painted it red. Looks great!!

I thought this was a nice shot of the valvetrain.



Here it is freshly sandblasted.



And here it is red. Dont it look purdy?



Later on this evening i will sand over the letters and the so that they are nice and shiney looking. I will post pics when completed. Look at more stuff at my website(see sig).

I did it myself.

 

90Sivic you might want to get that paint off of the threads of the oil cap. You don't want that stuff in your motor. Looks great though.

Yes. Its called Engine enamel. color:ford red. thanks for the compliments.

And here it is all done. I got rid of the honda ground wires and replaced with some of my own stuff. I took off the upper piece of the belt guard and i modified it so that you dont have to take off the valve cover if you want to put the guard back on/off. anywho, enjoy the pics

shouldve used wrinkle paint and covered up the holes before painting it! looks decent tho
