Default H&R lowering springs any good?

Its a toss up between the Tein's and H&R, but Ive never heard of H&R.... anyone know of them?

I have a set of H&R's. Im using skunk2 atm and they feel/lower real close to eachother. Ill sell you them for 140 shipped. They have about 5k miles on them
