The reason being is that it's what I used and asked specific questions.
Not a "how to lower my car"
But "what spring rates (instead of ots GC) should I use with OTS koni yellows for autox/hpde/dd accord"
The generic stuff is all listed in the Accord FAQ since it's been asked 200 times. You should only post for specific questions after you've done research

Okay heres my specific question: I have some DropZone Coilovers to place onto my vehicle (1996 Honda Accord 4Dr 4Cyl. 2.2L SOHC Non-Vtec) but i do not have any Struts/Shocks that are aftermarket to place on the vehicle when i do the Coils. Could i put the Coils on and not worry about the Struts until i get the money in about a month or will that run like a 75% chance of ruining my suspension or higher? Will it completely drop out from under me when im driving if i drop it 2 and a half inches or no?
That was my question...

just save your money and do the shocks and coilover SLEEVES at the same time. IF you put lowerings springs, or coilover sleeves on your stock shocks, they will blow pretty quick.
If you bothered to read the accord FAQ, you would realise that its in there. Before you get all bent out of shape and get all defensive about it, take 2 mins to look through it. Most questions you will ask have been answered 1000 times, and the best answers, or post with pics of DIY's are in there as well.

Hey man, just so you know, if and when you lower ~2.5" like you want, you might wanna think about camber kit, your wheels will be angled a little bit after the drop. aka tires wear faster.
possibly some rubbing too.. not sure what the offset is on the 17" wheels you got.
good luck dude

Do not try to lower your car cheaply and quickly, and do not lower it because it looks mad tight! with your 17s
Invest in some good shocks and do some research.
Suspension work is not hard overall, but if you want someone else to do it it won't be cheap and you run the risk of them screwing it up.

Now THATS a good question
If you run dropzone sleeveovers over a stock strut that already has xxx,xxx miles on it you run a high risk of blowing out your stock ones that are already degraded.
While having a blown shock is not the end of the world, you'll get a crappy ride quality and risk further damage to other parts of the suspension. I would hold off and purchase at a minimum KYB AGX or something along those lines to stand up against the lowering.
