$500 Suspension Research, eibach, kyb, tien, tokico, neuspeed
So my 98 ex is ready for some new suspension. Its going to be an everyday driver and I may do some auto-x for fun. I have been researching what kinda shock/spring combo will give me the most bang for my buck and these are the selections I have so far. I have tried to find all the drop and spring rate info and some eBay prices I have seen. Right now I am leaning towards the KYB GR2's with eibach prokit as best value for my purposes. Anyone have some more shock info I can use to fill in the gaps? And most importantly what are peoples experience with these different shocks/springs!

Have you considered a Bilstein shock? You can find the Bilstein HD for $85/shock. Plus they are monotubes as opposed to the twintube design of the other shocks, and Bilstein has a lifetime warranty. Not to mention Bilstein quality is world renowned. If thats not bang for buck, I dont know what is.
Couple that with the Pro-Kit by Eibach that you like, and you should have a fantastic daily driver.
