CEL #13
I just bought a 89Si civic and the CEL stays on. I am getting 13 flashes from the computer. The car will idle fine and all of a sudden start idle surging. Do you guys know what this code is.

In my Haynes Manual it says this:
LED Display - 13
Symptom - Continued high idle speed
Possible cause - Check for a disconnected idle mixture adjuster sensor coupler or an open circuit in the idle mixture adjuster sensor wire. Possible idle mixture adjuster sensor.
