I need help

Ok i recently got a 1990 civic Si, with a blown B18A1 in it. I was wanting to swap it for a F22B1. I was wondering if it would be worth it(how hard would it be.) to swap or if i should just get the B18 redone?

well what do you mean by blown? if its fixable i would say go ls/v since your already gonna have to pull the motor
