You'll need a engine mount kit to fit a b-series engine into an EF chassis. Hapsort, Innovative, Avid, and eBay all carry mounts that will get the job done. You will also need a 90-93 5spd integra rear transmission bracket. And you'll want to use a 5spd 90-93 (DA) intermediate shaft, as well as DA non-abs axles.

yea 90-93 trannys are cable, but you need that bracket to use a b-series transmission in an EF. whether your using a cable or hydro tranny doesnt matter, you still need that DA rear bracket. Your side tranny mount however will be different. This kit would be the one you need.
