what octane
hey guys got an ls with springs retainers valve job port polish no cams stock pistons i have full exhaust and intake, would running 93 benefit me at all ? also i'm runnign platinum plugs if i ran higher octane and advance the timing would i notice anything? also will just running the 93 benfit me or hurt me ? also you guys runnign the crower stage 2 cams what kind of power gain can i expect from them any help/ info is appreciated

Running 93 isn't going to hurt you. Running better fuel usually would never hurt you. If im not mistaken (not sure 100%) advancing the timing would only benefit you on your 'mild' built motor if you were spraying.
I would honestly say, use 93 octane and get a tune. Tuning is key with any engine modifications. Dunno if that helped any.
