I appear from Spain and present my CRX ed9
Hello! My name is Adri, I'm from Madrid (Spain). At first, I want to say that I don't speak english very well. I bought my ed9 in April. When I bought it, it was bad painting, and some things were bad. Now, my CRX is white :D I want to do many things to him, but in English, it is difficult to explain it. A greeting, and little by little, I will be commenting on the changes to all. Ciaooo!!!

Hello and welcome to HT!
We try to keep tech in here as much as we can so if you have any problems with the car let us know. What kind of motor does it have? Cars from around the world offer different motors, so it's neat to see what else is offered.
If you use the FAQ labeled up to there is much to be learned.
Enjoy your stay

Whats wierd is it looks like a usdm front end but it has the turn signals in the fenders... but it has a zc style hood with the hump... wonder how that hood would match up with our front ends.
What you call a ZC hoodstyle is what we call a regular CRX hood. Almost all European CRX's came with a DOHC engine. Our first version had a dohc D16a9 engine (no cat.) and the 90-91 model had the D16z5. To keep it interesting... there are models that look like 88-89's yet have the engine of the 90-91's. We like to call those the "between" version.
As for the turnsignals on the fenders, that is also a normal something over here. To not have them is something special
Just like some guys in Europe place a regular Civic hood so they no longer have that little hump and look a little different.
Same for your so-called JDM front-end. My ee8 has this front-end as well. But it came with it straight from the dealer. No JDM parts involved. We call it a vtec front-end.
Vin is always located on the firewal next to the brakebooster. Or you guys heve that somewhere else?
As said earlier.. Cars aroudn the world have different engines. Guess they also have different appearances.
