So i have been into hondas for a while now I have owned 3 and am currently in the process of buying another ef. A while back I bought this 92 lx to use is a daily driver. It was in my price range ($350) because it didn't run (turned out to be a blown fuse) and it was auto Once I got it running good I drove it like that for 6 mo or so then one day it started heating up and the head gasket went on the tired d15b7. I picked up a low millage d16y7 from a friend for $100 and swapped it in. One day I was at my local junk yard looking for parts for another project when I spotted a 93 ex sedan that had been towed in. I asked the owner about the motor and trans and ended up getting the motor, trans, ecu, cluster and 5 speed swap parts for $200. I have since converted the car to 5 speed. That pretty much brings things up to now. I still have the z6 I bought and I am planning on building a tt/vittara turbo setup. I also own a completely stock 89 std I bought for $200 and my first honda was a 91 std that I traded a 93 geo metro for. I had to scrap it because of rust
