i got a b16 swap in my 99 civic.. currently burning oil.. (most likey rings)

i want to replace either the bottom block or the whole long block... i dont need a tranny, wiring harness, or axles.. only the block....

im looking for :
b16a2 or jdm obd2 b16a
b18c1 or possibly b18c5
b18b ls vtec or b20 vtec....

need labor to install also..
looking for mechanics with a good rep.. ( no janky home garage who might steal your car) ... need vouches
i have alittle over $1000 to spend, and am willing to use my current b16 short block or longblock as a form of payment...
motor/ intall needs to have atleast 30days warranty...
