Default nitrous options...

Should I get a bottle heater? does it really help? Also where is a real inexpensive place to buy autometer gauges?

you will realize quick that the bottle heater is the mosdt important part of the system . . . . . so that means yes get a bottle heater.
try summit for the gauges, they are usually the cheapest.

how does 375 w/ heater/kit sound? if the heater really matters that much ill for sure get it.

It looks like about 60-70 bux for each gauge.
