It's almost unavoidable to have your friends, or people you know to give you a funny nickname when they see you wearing your gear. Let's hear them

Some of my nicknames I have heard from:

-Power Ranger (classic)
-Terminator
-Robocop
-Avenger of the future
-Darth Vader
-Transformer
-Il dottore (One of my teachers always refers to me using this)

 

what I hear the most is "you ride a motorcycle?"

 

In my circle of friends, we all get named. It's like an avatar or alter-ego, but the main difference being... YOU CAN NOT PICK YOUR OWN NAME, you are assigned it bny us other riders, and that name is your for life. The only people that know you by that name are the other riders in our close group. I have named folks like Suzi Q for one of my friends that never rides anything but a Suzuki, Shitty for a friend who ALWAYS at one point during our rides has to take a dump, an Tuk Tuk for a close Vietnamese friend of mine that rides like a taxi driver

I get called the ninja pirate by one of my friends... Pirate because of my generally poor appearance/beard, ninja because I wear black leather? Come to think of it, why does he call me that?

Most people call me Tornado, since that is my nickname.

Power Ranger, Space Man, Rocket Man (i wear a carbon kevlar backpack...kinda looks like a jetpack).

 

Alot of people end up calling me by my last name, but that of course led to variations. Bodo in 8th grade, then starting sophomore year everyone called me bobo.
In college when I started riding I had long hair and a pretty big dome, and an embarrassingly large tk-9 helmet.

Because of this people started calling me "cabbage" like a cabbage-patch kid, cause they have huge heads with messed up looking hair.

That stuck for a long time and everyone just called me cabage.
My room mate in college that also rode got nick named "fudge" and then "fudgems" because his last name sounded like keibler. Therefore keibler elfs, cookies, chocolate, fudge. And since he's a big 6'6" blonde lineman it seemed pretty funny to call him "fudge."

In a group of guys I rode with at one point we rode with a LEO that we simply called "fuzz" and then another guy that was prone to accidents or simple drops got nick named "crash."

I used to ba called Dirty by all of my riding buddies. I was known for never washing my bike. I would maintain it but I would often have crud on my fairings from last summer

I don't care about how it looks, as long as it is safe, performs well and it is fun most of all.

Now my close friends are just calling me Beard Man or Choppa D since I am building a chopper and have been for about three years now.......although I got sidetracked by a KZ cafe project

 

LOL one guy at work calls me biker boy.

 

I am known as 'Honda' because I always own Honda's (one Nissan and one Chevrolet in my past, but never again will I make that mistake).

One of my friends is known as 'Dead'. Because everyone thinks he will be, soon. He got his first bike at 16, a brand new R1. Put like 30k on it the first year and became known for being crazy on 2 (or 1) wheels. Now I don't think he even rides on the street though, just the track, and he's pretty quick.

 

PINKY.. Im not proud of it but it wasnt my choice.. Guess I reminded some people of Pinky from pinky and the brain.(tall skinny and goofy) Got it in tech school from a group of mexican fellas and it stuck... But none due to the gear.

A couple of my old roommates decided I needed a "bad boy" nickname after seeing me with my gear on, so they looked up "bad boy names" on Google ...

... and decided on Blaze.
