Default 1992 Civic CX Hatch, LS swapped, Tons o goodies.

Details: 110K miles on the body, 77K on the motor.

Car is a 1992 white Civic CX with Blue interior, It has a 1996 B18B1 swap, Plug and play swap (only wires clipped anywhere on the car I re-connected and that was on the Strut-tower brace from my old SOHC Mini-me setup)

Car is running a OBD1 PR4 ECU, and runs STRONG.

Car has only had this motor for the past 3000 miles, and had one trip to the track (was towed there and back) where it ran a 15.6 @ 86 with a 2.3 60 foot with me letting off early (Got an 89mph trap later that day, but only got a 15.7). I'm sure the car could break into the 14's with new rear struts, and probably some better tires

Transmission shifts PERFECTLY, motor runs Damn near flawlessly, and it has a TON o work into it:

Car has:
1996 B18B1 motor
1996 LS Trans
Black with blue speckle Delsol seats (Seats are flawless)
GSR Shift ****
LX MANUAL gauge cluster with 6500 redline tach (I retained the origional Speedo to maintain the miles)
Hyper-White headlights
Amber corners
B+M Short Shifter
Poly shifter bushings
New Radiator
New upper control arms
new Upper Ball joints
new front brakes (Pads/rotors/calipers)
new lower ball joints
new outer tie rod ends
new spark plugs
new spark plug wires
new fuel filter, both in tank, and under hood
2.25 Test pipe, and Cat-back into a Cherry Bomb Turbo muffler (Regular oval muffler, painted flat black)
Intake
newer battery
255lph Walbro Fuel Pump
AEM UEGO Wide-Band O2 sensor and gauge mounted in single gauge pod on A-pillar
B+M Fuel Pressure regulator
old-school Solid HASPORT motor mounts
16 inch rims (I haven't identified them yet, I've been told they may be 'sparkle' rims due to their age.) on a fairly worn set of P205/40/16 tires.

the bad:
Ugly, City car so could use some TLC (New drivers fender, hood, paint job, rear bumper)
Fuel pressure isn't reading right, Car runs fine, I suspect the gauge is bad
IACV is dirty (occasional idle 'lope' at stoplights, again, will probably deal with this soon)

Price is $2500 Located in Northern IL. (Ottawa IL, 61350)

My name is Dan, my number is 630-857-6625

Want to move to a bigger house, and trade in the focus for a mustang

Spending too much money and time on a decade and a half old honda...

On a side-note, the body is Under-Coated, so the floors are all solid, no rust.

92 hatches, Namely CX's/VX's that are pre-wired for Vtec and that only weigh 2000lbs are few and far between.

and as mentioned, it was cutting 2.3 60 foots and had no traction until the end of second gear. I'm sure a better driver could land it into the high 14's, maybe with a set of new rear struts.

Well, I'd like it gone this weekend, so price is cut to bottom dollar.

if your trap speeds were in the 90's I'd say it's a 14 sec car, not in the high 80's. Low 15's is probably the best it'll do which still isn't too bad.

My Fiance ran a 16.1 and got an 88mph trap (I let off early on my run)

This is CHEAP! Lots of money invested!
