stock HF questions.
sorry guys, i used the search, im sure its on there but i got lazy 
anyways, i was planning on buying a stock HF from my neighbor but i had a few questions. a friend of mine told me that the 91 HF stock engine was a 12 valve, i went to test out the car yesterday and found a 16 valve under the hood. also, i was wondering if the HF also had seatbelts on the door itself. and does the HF come stock with power steering? i havent had time to get pictures of the car. im still new to CRX's but in the process of getting one. i want to make sure the "all stock HF" im getting is really and HF and not a DX.

Look at the 'differences in CRXs' in the FAQ.
Should be an 8V. Look at the Honda Engine Code List (google). Make sure the block is the same.
Redline is 5k rpm.
Door mounted belts is normal, except 88 iirc.
