Default 95 accord transmission replacement?

i'm putting in my 3rd trans in my 95 accord and was wondering what other transmissions would bolt right in aside from another 95. my car is an ex and i put lots and lots of miles on it so i'd like something that would hold up a little better. If not many other options, anybody know where i can get a good deal on a remanufactured trans with a good warranty.

thanks

http://www.car-parts.com . This searches the local junkyards and give you the price and mileage of them.

How many miles do you have on your Accord? For you to go through 3 transmissions in a 95, it must be a hella lot amount of miles.

yea, we did the junkyard thing last time, and it's 2 months later and we're stuck buying another one, and it had a warranty! remanufactured is about 1200 and i can get a 3 year unlimited mile warranty (which we really need!!)

we're probably gonna spend the money but i was wondering if there was just a better trans to put in it, like maybe out of a prelude or a newer accord or something? i'm not to up on what transmissions will easily swap without doing an engine swap.

thanks guys

we have put 8k on the car in the 2 months since our last transmission, thats why the junkyard won't cover it. i'd rather get a nice one and pay for it instead of buy more junk every couple months and then have to do the job over and over
