Car cutting out between shifts

I am running Hondata S300. I am on just a stock LS basemap. I have noticed that during high speeds and shifting at high rpms the car will cut out, then come back to full throttle while shifting. Only does this at higher speeds and higher rpms. Any ideas?

I'd say either get your hands on a clean B20 basemap or just get a dyno tune. That is of course, if it's just from the a/f maps.

Any CELs? You could do some regular tune up stuff if you wanted (plugs/wires/cap/etc)
