Default Spark plug gap for 12:1 compression

Im looking for some info on spark plug gap for high compression (12:1). Ive did a search and one post really came up and sgt recommended .50-.52. Can anyone else elaborate on that?

I was just making sure that is what he recommended. Out of all the people on HT, SGT in my opinion is one of the best he knows his stuff so thats why I asked him to make sure. Some of you people are so quick to answer with smart *** comments, and can't take it when someone else does the same to you. Take it deep
