I know ill probably get flamed for this but whatever. Today i was trying tp pop up the back of my hood(im sure most of you know what iam talking about) and, im not sure if im doing it right. What i did was take out the screws from the hinge and the hood connect , now i tried putting washers in there but the screws were only long enough to put like 2 small size washers in. So my question is am i doing this right and, do i just need to get longer screws or am i not doing this right at all. Thanks for any help!

You put a longer bolt.

 

cool. Anyways does anyone know where i can find the thread count or whatever thanks.

 

Take the original screw to a hardware store and have them find you a longer one that will work.

 

Go to Napa.
