Default Koyorad torque question

I just bought a Koyorad and it says to check the torque on the rad due to possible loosening of the brass AT fittings during shipment. The spec given is 200 KGF.CM I dont see that "exact"type of torque spec listed in my conversion charts, but I do see a CMKG. Obviously, the letters are reversed somewhat and the F is missing. Is that the same thing? ...

At any rate, it converts to 14.46 in lbs. Does that torque spec sound right?

Post addendum: Actually you need to use a flare nut socket wrench, and minus 5% for the added length comes out to 13.73 in lbs.
