buring oil

I have a 92 Accord automatic and If i let my car sit for a day or two and then start it, a lot of gray/blue smoke comes from the exhaust
. i put a bootle of lucas engine oil to stop that but it hasnt. any ideas on how to fix. Thanks in advance

Word cotton.
New valve seals and you'll be set! Just watch that blue smoke. Make sure you manage that motor. By manage I mean put heavier oil in (10W-30 maybe?) and make sure you do it regulerly.

yeah thats what im using now, 10w-30. i check my oil often cuz i know it was burning it, just did know exactly wut would basically be a for sure fix. I'm gonna fix the seal this weekend most likely. il let ya know how it goes lol.

Im just messing around with you. Honestly, like I said before, just watch the color of that smoke. It's probably going to smoke a little white because of how old it is. What i'm getting at is the compression probably isn't what it use to be...hense the white smoke.

yeah it is only for a few mins, it stops once the car is warmed up or just as the needle rises. btw thanks for all of the input, its cool how many people help after one answer is given lol
