Part Numbers for new relays:
1988 Prelude 2.0Si - 39400-SF1-003 RELAY ASSY., MAIN (RZ-0045) (MITSUBA)
1989-1991 Prelude 2.0Si, Si - 39400-SF1-013 RELAY ASSY., MAIN (RZ-0081) (4P) (MITSUBA)
you know how to replace it? take off your coin tray. just take off the 5 screws holding the plate together under the steering wheel. then unbolt the two 10mm bolts holding the fuse box in place. wiggle it outta the way ( to the right) and disconnect the fuse, wahla. lol test it before you put everything back together.. lol
there is a write-up on http://www.prelude3g.com then go to common fixes and its under there. pretty helpful site too lol
