Default Skunk2 sport shocks - anyone one running them?

1992 civic hb

I'm in the market for some new shocks and had pretty much had my mind set on Tokico hp shocks $230 on CL. i just did some reading and found out about the skunk2 shocks, $290 various websites. I'm planning to run them on some RS*R springs i picked up, (baby blue color if anyone has them)

anyone have experience with the skunk2 shocks or my RS*R springs? any feedback is much appreciated as i plan to purchase this week. thanks!

yep i put them on about 3 weeks ago or so wiht the matching lowering springs it actually rides pretty good they are built for pretty high spring rates so they will hold up a while or should at least.. heres a pic for reference 2.25 drop in front and 2 in the back

before

after

I have the skunk2 sport shocks on skunk2 coliovers/sleeves. Ride is pretty harsh in bumpy roads.. but nice on smooth and semi-smooth roadways.. Stiffened the ride up considerably, no more bounce from a dropped car on stock shocks

I have Skunk2 shocks and lowering springs as my setup and they rock. Nice drop and good *** shocks. Not bouncy at all. I got mine pretty cheap also. I got mine at LSD Motorsports. You should give them a call im sure they'll hook you up a good deal. They are local so you can pick it up. Being that your in L.A.

the hard driver in me says gets koni/gc's, but I will probably get the skunk2 setup as its the most cost-effective
